• Income must be at least 3x the monthly rent and be verifiable.
• Income may be verified through recent pay stubs or by linking a bank account to review deposits over the past 12 months and calculate an average monthly income.
• Applications include a credit check and rental history review.
• Applications may be denied for poor rental history, including prior evictions or outstanding balances with previous landlords.
• First-time renters are accepted.
• The standard security deposit is $800.
• Applicants conditionally approved may be required to submit a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
